Each monthly I design a pet project for Dogs Monthly magazine, which involves making something, writing a how-to piece for readers to follow and taking photographs to illustrate the process. February’s project, making a warm and cosy no-sew dog blanket, has made it onto the cover. I’m especially pleased as my dog, Poppy, is modelling. On sale now.
In December last year I was lucky enough to be commissioned by Photography Monthly magazine to compile their massive 59 page feature: ‘Your Ultimate 2011 Technique Guide.’ I enjoyed speaking to a plethora of pro photographers – expect advice from the likes of Steve Bloom, Jim Brandenburg, Michael Kenna and more. A few month’s I did an in-house stint at Future Publishing editing Pro Cycling magazine‘s Official Tour de France 2010 Guide.
